Description

Dr Lars Ludolph is an Economist at the Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions and Cities (CFE) at the OECD, where he conducts empirical labour market and policy analysis in the Local Employment, Skills and Social Innovation Division. At the OECD, Lars’ focus is on creating an evidence base and offering advice on labour market and skills policies to local and regional governments across all OECD countries. His main topical areas of work include strengthening skills and labour market intelligence, the labour market integration of disadvantaged groups, and the geographic mobility of workers. Before joining the OECD, Lars worked in academia, government, and the private sector where his research focused on a wide range of topics in labour economics, the economics of education and the economics of migration. He holds a PhD in Economic Geography from the London School of Economics.
