Description
Lucas is a Policy Analyst in the OECD Local Employment and Economic Development (LEED) Programme. Lucas has worked on several projects and authored multiple publications within CFE, including on employment, skills and local economic development. Prior to the OECD, Lucas has had experience within the European Parliament and the National Democratic Institute (NDI) in Washington, DC. Lucas is a visiting lecturer at Paris Dauphine-PSL University in Paris. Lucas holds a B.A. in International Relations from the College of William & Mary in Virginia (US) and a Masters of European Affairs from SciencesPo Paris (France). Lucas speaks English, French, Italian and Spanish, and is learning Portuguese.
