The primary aim of the Roundtable is to promote STI collaboration between Japan and ASEAN with the aim of developing into a sustainable relationship to co-create new innovations. This event is by invitation only. Delegates from OECD Member countries, the EU and Accession countries may, however, attend as observers on a first come, first served basis, bearing in mind limited seating capacity. The TIP workshop is organised in two parts: Part 1 (9h30-12h00 CET) on scaling experiments in STI policy. Part 2 (15h30-17h45 CET) on monitoring and evaluation of experiments in STI policy. It will discuss embracing a shift towards a culture of policy experimentation in government at scale by the STI policymakers and assessing and evaluating impacts of these policy experiments.
