Andrius Bambalas is Chairman of Indpendent Experts of Lithuanian NCP, which heads Lithuanian NCP and leads its activities. Andrius is practicing lawyer with more than fifteen years of experience and was a lecturer on Private International Law and International Investment Law at Mykolas Romeris University. A Lithuanian national, Mr Bambalas holds bachelor and master degrees in law from Mykolas Romeris University (Lithuania) and pursues PhD on China's capital export and international investment law.
