The 2024 OECD Global Roundtable on Equal Access to Justice will take place on 9 - 10 October 2024 in Ottawa, hosted by the Department of Justice of Canada and supported by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC).
As part of the OECD Reinforcing Democracy Initiative, the Roundtable seeks to advance people-centred justice, promote the rule of law, strengthen democracy and public trust, foster prosperity and contribute to achieving Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16.3 on promoting the rule of law and ensuring equal access to justice for all.
