Biography

Tatyana has more than 20 years of professional experience in governance, rule of law and justice, integrity, employment, gender equality and inclusiveness, sustainability and public sector. She joined the OECD in 2010, and is currently Head of Division and Senior Counsellor in the Public Governance Directorate. She established and leads the OECD work programme on justice, rule of law, gender mainstreaming and equality in public life by developing international standards, leading cutting edge thinking and research, advising governments and supporting country specific reforms, by leading flagship and complex multi-year and multi-country projects. She is also responsible for the OECD work on the governance for the SDGs and policy coherence for sustainable development. This work spans OECD countries, the Middle East and North Africa, Eurasia, Latin America and the Caribbean, and Central and Southeast Asia. Tatyana started her career as Senior Analyst in the Canadian Public Administration where she was responsible for conducting research and analysis and providing advice on public sector employment, integrity and management, as well as diversity practices. She was also teaching at the University of Ottawa and Carleton University in Canada. Tatyana holds a Doctorate Degree in Public Policy from Carleton University, Canada and a Strategy and Innovation Post Graduate Executive Diploma from the University of Oxford.
