Biography
Luc Altmann is the Head of Insight in His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) in the UK. He leads a team of 15 analysts and researchers to improve access to justice and the user experience in the courts service. He has led the Insight team since the beginning of the UK’s court reform programme in 2017 ensuring the decisions are evidence based and the user is at the centre of the design.
