Biography
Mr. Tõnis Saar has worked in the civil service for more than 13 years. Since 2017, he has held the position as Secretary General of the Ministry of Justice of Estonia. Previous to this role, he spent eleven years working as a senior manager in the civil servie, including as Director of the National Audit Office and as Deputy Secretary of State for Administration at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tallinn University of Technology in 2000 and a Master of Management from London City University Cass Business School in 2004.
