Access

Prior registration is required to attend the event.

On the day of the event: 

To collect your entry badge upon arrival at the Hotel, you will be asked to present an identity card or passport and a copy of the email confirming your registration for the event. 

Due to the sanitary restrictions in place, security checks and other verification formalities might take longer than usual. Please allow a minimum of 30-45 minutes for the access procedures. The sessions will start at the time indicated on the event agenda section of this site. Please plan to be seated in the room at least 5 minutes before the start of each session. 

For security reasons, you must wear your visitor's badge at all times.
