Description
Graduate in Law and Master in International Economic Law from Paris 1-Panthéon Sorbonne University. He has been a member of the Chilean Foreign Service since 1998. Before undertaking his duties at the Chilean Mission to the OECD, he was Deputy Director and Acting Director of the South American Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He served as Legal Adviser of the General Directorate of International Economic Relations (currently the Undersecretary for International Economic Relations) and Deputy Director of Human Security of the Directorate of International and Human Security. During his diplomatic career, he has been assigned to the Chilean Embassies in Thailand, Italy, France, Egypt, and the Chilean General Consulate in Bolivia. Since May 2023, he has served as Chile's Deputy Permanent Representative to the OECD
