Associate Professor and Founder of The Reverse Mentoring Practice Ltd
Stacy Johnson is an Associate Professor at The University of Nottingham. After qualifying as a nurse, Stacy read for a MSc in Economic and Quantitative Methods in Healthcare at City, University of London.
She now works internationally supporting organisations to apply critical and disruptive strategies to transform inclusion in business, healthcare, and higher education. Her work capitalises on diversity of people, thought and methods to maximise effectiveness in research and knowledge exchange ecosystems. She is the founder of the EU funded European Junior Leadership Academy and founder/CSO of The Reverse Mentoring Practice Ltd, a University of Nottingham spin out company. Stacy was appointed Member of the British Empire in the 2019 New Year’s Honours list for services to healthcare and higher education equality, diversity and inclusion.
