BADGES PICK-UP
Badges can be picked up at the Registration and Information Desk from 9:00. A member of our staff will be available at the entrance of the hotel to facilitate your entrance.
Please ensure you bring the following:
• a valid identification document with a photo
• the registration confirmation email.
VISAS AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT
Nationals from countries with visa waiver agreements are permitted to stay for 60 days upon entry. Additionally, nationals of 31 countries and territories may apply for a visa on arrival at designated immigration checkpoints for tourism purposes, with a maximum stay of 15 days. Those requiring a visa are advised to check whether they are eligible for an e-visa.

Important Notice for Non-Thai Nationals Traveling to Thailand
Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand by air, land, or sea are required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online prior to arrival.
- Registration must be completed within 3 days before your arrival date.
To ensure a smooth entry into Thailand, please remember that the TDAC will be mandatory from 1 May 2025.
