Description
Anne Laible is a Senior Policy Officer working on blended finance and private sector mobilization at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
Previous work includes policy advise and consultancy, including the implementation of a Technical Assistance programme for the European Investment Bank (EIB) in the Caribbean and blended finance advisory services for the European Commission. Anne has further experience in consultancy work in the Compliance industry as well as research and consultancy at the United Nations, among other at UNDP in the implementation of private-public multi-stakeholder processes. She is a development economist, having studied at University of Groningen (NLD) and University of Passau (GER). She graduated from the Postgraduate Programme of the German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS).
