Description
Daniel Nachtigall joined the OECD in 2017. He is currently an Economist in the Environment Directorate, leading the development and continuation of the Climate Actions and Policies Measurement Framework (CAPMF), an extensive climate mitigation policy database. Before working on the CAPMF, he held a number of other positions at the OECD, focussing on carbon pricing and transitioning to a sustainable energy sector. Daniel has more than ten years of experience in climate policy, research, policy design and implementation. He holds a PhD in Environmental Economics, and an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Economics from Freie Universität Berlin.
