Description
Quentin is an analyst at the OECD. Since 2021, his policy research has focused on smart data and digital technology in education, analysing the opportunities offered by digital tools and resources for system and school management as well as for teaching and learning, while assessing where countries stand on the provision, governance and regulation of such digital infrastructure in education. He has steered research work and authored chapters for the OECD Digital Education Outlook 2023 and contributed to the first OECD Digital Education Outlook 2021.
Before that, Quentin worked on fostering creativity and critical thinking in schools and in higher education with the OECD.
Prior to joining the OECD, Quentin worked as a teaching assistant in macroeconomics at Toulouse School of Economics (TSE) and as a research assistant in economics.
He holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Development from TSE.
