The benefits of digital transformation are increasingly unevenly spread across societies resulting in a widening of existing divides and potentially creating new ones. While policies to promote inclusive digital societies are common in OECD countries, as the digital transformation accelerates, the risks of persistent and pervasive digital divides are a significant challenge. This panel aims to find out how governments, businesses and the civil society can take up this challenge.
