VISAS AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT

Please note that the OECD cannot organise a visa on your behalf. To find out if you need a visa:
No financial support is available for participants' travel to and stay in Paris.

BADGES PICK-UP 

Badges can be picked up at the OECD entrance pavilion from 8:00. Please be advised that up to 45 minutes may be required for registration and security measures to access the Conference Centre. A member of our staff will be available at the security to facilitate your entrance. Please ensure you bring the following: 
  • a valid identification document with a photo (ID is sufficient for French nationals; passport is mandatory for non-French nationals) 
  • the QR code that will be sent to you the week prior to the Forum. If you have not received your QR Code, please bring the registration confirmation email.

Access to the OECD Conference Centre

Prior registration for the Forum is required to attend the event in person at the OECD Conference Centre.

On the day of the event: 
  • To collect your OECD entry badge upon arrival at the OECD Conference Centre you will be asked to present an identity card or passport and a copy of the email confirming your registration for the Forum. Badges will be delivered at the Welcome Desk as of 8.00 am.
  • Due to the sanitary restrictions in place, security checks and other verification formalities might take longer than usual. Please allow a minimum of 30-45 minutes for the access procedures. The sessions will start at the time indicated on the Forum Agenda section of this site. Please plan to be seated in the room at least 5 minutes before the start of each session. 
  • For security reasons, you must wear your visitor's badge at all times.
