Andrea Schill is a Policy Analyst at the OECD’s Centre for Responsible Business Conduct, specialising in responsible garment and footwear supply chains. Besides leading alignment assessments of sustainability initiatives, her work at the OECD focuses on the role of initiatives in due diligence and credibility questions, developing practical tools and training for initiatives and companies, and conducting research. Before joining the OECD, Andrea has worked for a diverse range of stakeholders in the sector in Europe and Southeast Asia, including fashion brands, governments, civil society organisations, industry initiatives and international organisations.
