Emily works as a policy lead on regulatory engagement in the OECD’s Centre for Responsible Business Conduct. She joined the Centre in 2020 and before that worked as a corporate lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills and at Global Witness where she led research, policy and advocacy work on due diligence, with a particular focus on conflict minerals.
