Access to the Palazzo Lombardia

Prior registration is required to attend the event. The registration process will take up to one week, after which you will receive an email confirmation. 

On the day of the event: 
-> To collect your entry badge upon arrival you will be asked to present an identity card or passport and a copy of the email confirming your registration for the event. (The diplomatic card and EU residence permit or card are also valid but no other forms of proof of identity (e.g., driver's licence, a paper copy or electronic versions of IDs, etc.) will be accepted.

 -> Please allow a minimum of 30-45 minutes for the access procedures. 

 -> The sessions will start at the time indicated on the event agenda section of this site. Please plan to be seated in the room at least 5 minutes before the start of each session. 

-> For security reasons, you must wear your visitor's badge at all times. 

Visas

Please note that the OECD cannot organise a visa on your behalf. 

European Union citizens do not require a visa for entry into Italy. 

No financial support is available for participants' travel to and stay in Milan.

Once your registration is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow a minimum of one week for registration processing. The email confirmation is the only confirmation that will be delivered to you to confirm your registration to participate at the event. Further correspondence, such as a formal letter of invitation, cannot be provided.

Workspaces and services during the Forum

Talent Garden (TAG), located on the ground floor of Palazzo Lombardia, offers Global Forum delegates communal networking spaces and meeting rooms (reservation only). Talent Garden also provides options for lunch in their cafeteria.
