Description
Andrei Strah graduated from the State University of Moldova with a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations.
In 2005, he obtained a Master's degree in political science from the same university.
Most of his career, Andrei has been engaged in democratic development and civic engagement.
For 18 years, he worked in various positions for the US National Democratic Institute in Moldova, including as trainer, consultant, and head of programs.
Andrei Strah also contributed to the strategic development of important CSOs in Moldova, such as the National Association of Paralegals and the Foreign Investors Association.
Currently, Andrei Strah serves as Deputy Secretary General of the Government of Moldova, holding a portfolio which comprises local public administration, civil service management, and coordination of the government's regional offices.
