Mary Keenan is an Assistant Secretary in the Corporate Services Division of the Department of the Taoiseach (Prime Minister) in Dublin, Ireland. The Corporate Services Division of the Department of the Taoiseach comprises the Government Information Service, Protocol and Civic Policy and Corporate Affairs. Mary studied Commerce and French in University College Dublin, has a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Management from the Institute of Public Administration (Ireland), and has worked in a number of Government Departments since joining the Irish civil service in 1999.
