Extraordinary Secretary for State Transformation, Ministry of Administration and Innovation in Public Services
Description
He currently serves as Extraordinary Secretary for State Transformation, at the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI). He has a PhD in Public Administration and a Master's degree in Public Administration and Public Policies from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a degree in Economic Sciences from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). He worked at the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), having held, among others, the position of responsible for the governance area and general coordinator of UNDP actions in Brazil. In the Federal Public Administration he held the positions of Executive Secretary, Deputy Executive Secretary and National Secretary of Management at the Ministry of Planning. He was also Executive Secretary at the Ministry of the Environment and presided over the National School of Public Administration (ENAP).
