Description
Economist, graduated from the National University of Asunción - Paraguay; He has a master's degree in Economics from the National University of Tucumán - Argentina, with an emphasis on Economic and Social Policies. He completed several postgraduate courses in Public Finance and Financial Programming.
With a career of more than 25 years in the Public Service, he served as Vice Minister of Financial Administration at the Ministry of Finance of Paraguay from June 2017 to October 2020.
Previously, he held other positions within the Ministry of Finance such as Director General of the Public Treasury, under the Vice-Ministry of State for Financial Administration; Head of the Department of Macro-Fiscal Affairs, under on the Vice-Ministry of State for the Economy, among others.
