Description
Barry leads on both competition policy and consumer policy in Ireland. He has over 20 years experience in the Irish administration across the Ministries of Enterprise, Health and Justice. He has also spent time in the Irish Permanent Representation to the EU in Brussels and the European Commission. Barry graduated with a degree in business and law and has post-graduate qualifications including in public administration.
